Past, Present, and Future Shorts - Before-School Daze (Yasmin Monteral)

I kicked up some dust as I walked to the school I was enrolling in.
It was just a plain public school.
Appalling, right?
I, Yasmin Monteral, go to a normal public school?
I may be only eight, but I know that this is a cop-out.
And what’s worse! My mom had to drive down somewhere else, probably something that has to do with my biggest problem, which I’ll explain more of later, so I had no ride and I had to WALK there.
I was getting more pissed with each step, and then I hear it.
“I just want to help you!”
“I don’t need you help!”
I turn to see who’s saying these things, a little blonde girl, who looks my age, wearing what looks like a Ballerina outfit and a little boy are standing on the side-walk.
The strange thing about this boy is he’s…
Paper.
Yeah, just paper. It’s quite interesting.
And somehow I know I’ve heard of the idea before, I’m just not 100% sure where…
“I can carry your bag, Angel!” The paper-boy says.
“I don’t want you to carry my bag!” The blonde proclaims. “I want you to leave me alone!”
I run over to help her, I don’t know why, but if she might be one of my schoolmates I want to be on her good side at least.
“Hey! Leave her alone!” I say to the boy, the girl looks over at me.
“Who’re you?” The boy says to me.
“Yasmin Monteral, and YOU are going to leave this girl alone!” I say in my toughest voice.
The boy matches my glare with one just as harsh.
I’ll have to admit this boy had guts.
I just stared him down, and he stared me down.
The bell rang at my new school and the boarding school across the street.
But I still refused to give up.
The blonde just stood there staring on, looking faintly amused.
“Hmph,” The paper-boy shrugged and stood up straight. “I’ll see you in school, my love!” He says before turning and walking up the long drive to the boarding school.
I had won.
I stood up and turned to the girl, looking proud, expecting her to thank me.
I only saw a stone cold glare come off from her.
“You’re welcome?” I prompt.
“I didn’t need your help,” She says.
Harsh.
“Sorry for trying to be a good citizen,” I hiss at her, she just ‘hmph’d and turned and stalked away.
I didn’t know what her problem was but it sure pissed me off.
I saw her make her way up the drive to the boarding school, and I was relieved that she wasn’t going to the same school as me.
Angel. I said silently. The paper-boy had called her that.
I stored the name in the back of my head as I turned towards my school.
Mom was going to be pissed when she found out about how late I had been.
She’d probably lecture me on how my sisters probably were doing great in school.
My sisters…
That’s my biggest problem.
My mom recently became obsessed with finding her long-lost daughters she put up for adoption a long time ago.
Why couldn’t they stay that way, ‘long lost’? Why did she need to find them?

Bratzville Musings by Esme: My Side of Town
My side of town holds a stange and special bond, that I only just realized. :/ It may just be the /me/ poking out into my characters, but it adds a little.
Emma is the motherly one of my side of town, who is secretly protective of the rest of her 'town-mates.' Such as she outwardly shows only hate for Brendan, but it's also evident that she is protective over him, this is shown by her being sure that Vanessa wouldn't hurt him. Although I don't think people even noticed that or took it into consideration. She also never joins in with being mean to Destiny, and encourages against it.
Bibi is the baby of my side of town~! The rest of her townmates are all protective of her, although not seen much. But such as in capture the flag, everyone was keen on keeping her to be the same innocent Bibi she will allways be~!
Destiny is the rebel. She's the first one to say she doesn't care about her side of town. She and Bibi have a big sister little sister relationship in the bad sense of the way. Destiny finds Bibi annoying, but still is protective of her. Bibi just wants to impress Destiny (as she does with everyone). Destiny doesn't really get along with anyone on my side of town.
Brendan... . _ . (bredy for brendi! 8D) If Brendan and Emma WERE actually friends, and in some moments that could happen, Brendan would go to her for advice. Not desicion making advice, he asks Angel for that, but like... Worldly advice. He thinks Bibi is adorable, although thinks there's somthing off about her.
Think of it this way: If they were siblings Emma would be the oldest, the one with the most knowlege but can get a big head beacause of that, Brenden second-oldest, looking to the only one older then him for advice, knowing but still blank on alot of the world, Desitny would be the third oldest, rebelious just-turned-teen, keen on showing that she doesn't need her older sibling's help, and Bibi as the baby, sweet, innocent, naive, and full of energy and wonder.
I don't say "little girl" for Bibi because in today's modern pop-culture little girls are considered as evil.

Discussion #5: The Days of Terror
The Days of Terror were the days when Emma and Dylan were apart and everyone's lives were just going down. The. Tubes. What was your reaction to Dylan breaking it off with Emma? Did you want them to get back together? And most importantly: Who do you blame?

Today we're going to discuss THE Escapade that started alot. Without this escapade so many things would of have never happened: Dylan and Emma would of have never gotten together, Jo, Li, and Es would never know that it's Escapade NOT Escavone or whatever they said, and ocourse you know without the escapade then... The escapade would of have never happened. Which, y'know, wouldn't be fun at all. NOW DISCUSS!

Discussion #1: SinjuXVanessa
So, in the most recent episodes of Bratzvile: Season Three Vanessa and Sinju have shown some chemestry, although having ties in other places. How were your reactions to this.
Love-A-Lot: Well, you see, when Sinju first got there, I thought maybe they'd be a good pairing, although Vanessa wasn't dating anyone back then, so that made it more fair, but now with her dating Brendan, and Brendan's personal life not doing so good, I am totally against it. She's being foolish the way she's all like 'Oh, no one will get hurt with me hanging all over Sinju like this even thought I KNOW he likes me and I like him :3.'
